Forbes Offers Advice for Remodeling Budgets

At LivCo, we ask all of our potential  clients why they are considering remodeling instead of moving? We also ask them to rank how they value the budget of their project:
(a) Improvements must appraise out,
(b) We are focused on investing in our quality of life through our home
(c) we want improved quality of life, but want to stay close and consider the relative property values of the neighborhood

More often than not, “C” is number one. Our clients are looking for improvements that help them enjoy their daily activities in their home with their families, but they look to us to help them make informed value judgments on where to best spend their money in their home.
