With some kids out of the house and off to college, and some still at home, this wonderful and large family was ready for some interior updates, providing more usable spaces and more efficient storage. In typical LivCo fashion, a back stairway was identified as a limiting factor in the planning, and was eliminated to open up the kitchen and expand storage opportunities.

With the stair gone, we then explored opportunities for replanned bathrooms both upstairs and down. Three bathrooms got major updates including large showers, creative wall coverings, and more functional plans. To further maximize storage and better connect the living spaces, the basement stair wall was opened up and lined with storage cabinets, open shelves, a beverage fridge, and a coffee. The result of the overall re-plan was updated and elegant spaces that became more usable and connected for the entire family.
