Our small and tight-knit team of architects, designers, and builders crafts inspiring spaces to enrich the lives of our clients through creative design and high-level customer service. We are currently seeking full-time Project Manager candidates that will work directly with the homeowners, construction team, design team, subcontractors, and field personnel to deliver exceptional projects and satisfied clients.

Project Manager Core Purpose:

The core purpose of the Project Manager role is to manage field operations of LivCo projects and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving project safety, quality, and schedule. The Project Manager protects the health of the company through managing estimate accuracy, pre-construction planning, project costs, and production schedules.

Relevant Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of residential field experience and construction management experience is required.
  • Position requires an in depth understanding of construction method, procedures, estimating, scheduling, purchasing, and subcontractor management
  • Experience with scheduling software.
  • Requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with Buildertrend or Cloud-based CM software is a plus
  • College education is a plus.
