With that, every LivCo project comes delivered with a TWO YEAR warranty against workmanship and material. This in addition to Manufacturers’ Warranties, and our close knit team of professional subcontractors and consultants should have you sleeping comfortably in your newly re-imagined home.
To help ensure that items are taken care of, our warranty service system is based on your written report of nonemergency items. (If an item needs attention right away, call the office at (708) 267-9262. We will contact you to set an inspection appointment. Service appointments are available from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
