Cheers! – Orland Park Basement Retreat

With a relatively new house with an unfinished basement, these fantastic clients tasked LivCo with building out a getaway for the whole family. Included in the program were spaces for playing games such as pool and pinball, a home theatre space, a home gym, a full bathroom, and a full service bar. Fitting all of these spaces involved working around the existing mechanicals and structure, and creatively planning within the existing basement footprint.

The result is a bright and well-designed space perfect for both retreating to read a book or watching Sunday football. Man Cave or Getaway… Take your pick.
