La Grange Midcentury Modernized

Our clients discovered this midcentury gem for sale in La Grange and worked with LivCo to unlock its potential. After removing the plank ceilings we discovered a structural concrete roof that was cleaned and painted, the wall to the kitchen was opened, the layout was altered to be more socially interactive, and we looked for every opportunity to bring in as much sunlight as possible. The result was a truly special home transformed from dark, isolated, and cold, to bright, open, and comfy.
